With Thais living across the globe, there are many events and festivals that celebrate Thailand’s culture, food and heritage giving visitors a taste of Thai. Here are some of the popular UK Thai Events and Festivals for 2017.

Epsom 'Thai Street Market' Sunday 14th May 2017

Admission: free
Attractions include: Taste of Thai street food, Thai arts and crafts, music, Thai boxing demonstration, street dance, traditional Thai massage and children’s entertainment.

Eastern Cultural Fête Monday 29th May 2017

12.00pm onwards
Admission: Free
Probably one of the first UK Thai Events and Festivals, with Thai food, drink and handicraft stalls. Plus performances of Thai national dance and Thai martial arts.

 

Southampton Thai Food and Crafts Festival 1st-2nd July 2017

Hoglands Park, Palmerston Road, SO14 1NH
Sat: 11am-7pm Sun: 11am – 6pm
Admission: £2, Under 5's FREE
Thai food and crafts, Thai dancing, Thai boxing, live Thai music and children's activities. There will also be Thai cooking demonstrations and Tarot Reading.

Epsom Thai Festival Sunday 9th July 2017

Hook Road Arena, West Ewall, Surrey KT19 8QW.
10.00am to 6.00pm.
Admission: £5 for adults, free for children under 12 years of age and £2 for OAP's.
Watch world class performances from the Thai dance group, enjoy Thai country music and watch the Thai Boxing demonstration.

 

Poole Thai Festival 9th and 10th September 2017

Harbourside Park, Labrador Drive, BH15 1UX
10am to 7pm.
Admission: Adult £2.50, Child £1, Under 5's Free
Probably the best known date on the UK Thai Events and Festivals calendar, entertainment includes Thai boxing and coaching for children, traditional music and dancing, Thai beer garden, Thai food and produce stalls, Thai massage and a children's play area.
